Brenda oversees the strategic direction of the company as well as the development of new content for all Cuidando Mi Salud programming. Brenda brings 20 years of experience in product development, healthcare marketing, business development, strategic planning, and international business.  She was responsible for developing a multidisciplinary clinical nutrition course (Curso Interdisciplinario de Nutrición Clínica) that was subsequently launched in 14 Latin American countries and attended by over 2,000 clinicians.

Anne Bower, MS, RD, LD

Managing Director, Client Services

Anne directs all aspects of contracted health management initiatives for Diversity Wellness.  Anne is responsible for maintaining world-class customer relationships by ensuring effective communication, seamless program implementation, as well as program maintenance, tracking and reporting. Anne has 30+ years of experience in teaching, clinical nutrition practice, and sales and marketing management.

Myra Muramoto, MD, PhD

Medical Director

Myra is an Associate Professor of Family and Community Medicine and Public Health at the University of Arizona College of Medicine.  She has extensive experience in tobacco cessation in a variety of settings including clinical trial research, healthcare, community, and public health settings. Furthermore she has developed an extensive Spanish education program to train state-wide tobacco cessation counselors. Her research projects have addressed a range of special populations including low-income pregnant women, adolescents, Hispanic/Latino and American Indian populations and military personnel.  She has conducted multiple clinical trials sponsored by NIDA, NCI, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and multiple pharmaceutical companies.  

Chris Chapman, PhD

Director, Technology

Christopher brings with him the experience of an entrepreneur, the knowledge of a web application architect and developer, and the skills of a technical project manager.  Chris founded Chapman Net Systems, Inc. in 1998 to serve the Internet development needs of companies across the US and worldwide.  He and his team of developers have built a variety of novel Internet applications for more than 60 companies from New York to Brazil, ranging in size from Internet-based startups to Fortune 500, including 8 in the health services industry.  CNS now offers e-commerce development, content management systems, search engine optimization, pay-per-click strategies, hosting, and graphic design.  Christopher has also co-founded 3 other Internet-based businesses, one of which is now public.

Detza Van Bogaert, MSW, MPH, CHES

Director, Program Development and Education

Detza is a certified health educator (CHES) through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc., and holds both a Master of Public Health degree in Health Education and Behavioral Sciences and a Master of Social Work.  Detza has developed and implemented a variety of projects as a health educator to promote healthier behaviors focusing on sun safety, early screening and diagnosis, and tobacco control.  Ms. Van Bogaert has served as a health educator as part of a NIH research project, with a county health department and for health promotion foundations.
